Our electricians are licensed professionals — their time and expertise have real value. The $95 covers their drive time and the initial walkthrough so you get an honest assessment, not a rushed guess. It also means we can focus on customers who are serious about getting their electrical work done right.
What's the difference between the $95 and $295?
The $95 covers a visual walkthrough — our electrician looks at the situation and talks you through what he sees. The $295 is a full diagnostic where he pulls out tools, tests the system, and gives you a complete written quote. Most jobs need the diagnostic to get an accurate price.
Do I get the fee back if I hire you?
Yes — on jobs over $2,200, the $295 diagnostic fee is credited toward your total. So if your job comes in at $3,500, you pay $3,205. The $95 service visit is separate and nonrefundable regardless of outcome.
What if I decide not to move forward?
Completely fine. You’ll have paid the $95 or $295 for the electrician’s time and expertise, and you’re under no obligation to proceed. We’ll leave you with a written quote so you can make the right decision for your situation.
