Oman and Isreal did an excellent job installing a new 200amp panel for us. These guys are a solid operation. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Does $295 cover the whole repair?
It covers the service visit and up to the first hour of labor for troubleshooting and minor repairs. Materials are additional. If the job needs more work, we explain the cost and get your approval before continuing.
Is a ballpark a firm price?
No. A phone or photo ballpark is a planning range. For a firm written estimate, we confirm the equipment, access and work your project needs. The $295 repair appointment is a separate service.
Will I need a panel upgrade?
An EV charger or generator does not automatically require a new panel. We check your existing capacity first. Replacing a panel and increasing the utility service are different scopes; your written estimate will specify what is needed.
Do you handle the permits?
Smiley Electric pulls the required electrical permits and arranges inspections for our work. We are licensed in Oregon under CCB #227116, and Josh is a master electrician.
What if I need help after hours?
We offer 24/7 emergency electrical service by phone. Routine callbacks are returned Monday through Saturday, 7am–5pm Pacific. A callback request is not a booked appointment; the office confirms scheduling with you.
