Final inspection passed on July 24, 2025.
What was agreed
The homeowner approved the scope in writing on July 18, 2025, before anything started. The agreed scope included:
- A new 200-amp panel with 40/60 spaces, and the old panel removed.
- Confirming the service wiring from the meter was rated for 200 amps.
- Grounding brought up to code, with a water pipe ground and dual ground rods.
- The permit and the inspection.
The estimate excluded drywall repairs and assumed the existing panel location could be used. Every house is different, so both the scope and the schedule can land somewhere else at another address.
Both visits
The work ran over two visits, two days apart.
July 22, 2025
Installation
Replaced the panel, connected and labeled the existing circuits, and updated grounding.
July 24, 2025
Final inspection
Walked the job with the inspector. The inspection passed and the job was finished.
