It includes the service visit and up to the first hour of labor for troubleshooting and minor repairs, so smaller problems are often fixed on the spot. Materials are additional, and anything bigger gets an upfront price before we proceed. After the job: our follow-up promise
The job isn't finished when the van pulls away. We conduct follow-up checks 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months after your project is completed to make sure everything is working the way it should, and additional warranty visits are provided in the first and second years. If anything we installed isn't right, we come back and make it right.
