What does the $295 Electrical Service Appointment include?
The $295 includes the service visit and up to the first hour of labor for troubleshooting and minor electrical repairs. A Smiley Electric technician talks with you about the problem, inspects and troubleshoots it, and if it can reasonably be handled within that time, can often take care of it during the appointment. Materials are additional. If more labor or a larger repair is needed, we explain what we found and give you an upfront price before proceeding.
Do I need a service appointment for a panel upgrade or EV charger?
No. Known larger projects such as panel replacements, EV chargers, remodels, rewires, and commercial work go through a project consultation instead. Start with a free ballpark by phone or photo, and we will give you a firm, written estimate for the project. The service appointment is for finding and fixing problems.
