Wilsonville is a comparatively young, planned city. Most of its housing went up from the 1990s onward, with the new-urbanist Villebois community adding a large wave of 2000s-and-later homes and the Charbonneau district, a golf-course community south of the Willamette, bringing a distinct 1970s-and-later stock of its own. Older homes exist, but the dominant picture is modern, well-kept housing built to a recent code.
That shapes the work.
