Wilsonville is a planned, comparatively young city, and that's good news for a Level 2 charger install. Most housing went up from the 1990s onward, from the new-urbanist Villebois community to the neighborhoods near Town Center, wired for contemporary living, so panels here generally have the headroom to take a dedicated charger circuit without a full upgrade. A charger fills most EVs overnight, and in Wilsonville it usually drops in cleanly.
We still run the load math, since a charger is a steady draw, but newer Wilsonville homes almost always pass. The older Charbonneau golf-course stock is the one exception worth checking.
